Contract distillation of pálinka
Rakamazon

We distil your mash in Rakamaz using traditional small-pot distillation technology and copper equipment. No mixing: everyone receives the spirit made from their own fruit.

No
Mixing

Your mash and spirit are never mixed with anyone else’s. You receive pálinka made exclusively from the fruit you brought in.

Traditional
Small-Pot Distillation

We use traditional copper small-pot distillation equipment, following the method that has been used in Rakamaz for many decades.

At a Pre-Arranged
Time

Mash collection and distillation take place at a pre-arranged time, at an unhurried pace and with careful attention.

How Contract Distillation Works

During contract distillation, we produce spirit from the mash made from your own fruit. Below, we summarise what you should pay attention to throughout the process.
